New product videos from gantry and davit specialists REID Lifting will give hire companies, resellers and end users access to a presentation from a REID sales manager 24/7.

After the success of its digital sales presentations in 2020, REID has produced a series of videos which customers can use to see all the features and benefits of the products in a bite-size 7-minute package.

First to go live on REID Lifting’s YouTube channel and website are videos for the company’s lightweight and portable PORTAGANTRY RAPIDE and PORTADAVIT QUANTUM products, with more being added over the coming months to complete the range.

Marketing Manager, Laura Morgan says the emphasis is on informing rather than selling, with the videos doing the work of a brochure – but in a more user-friendly format: “We had great feedback on the digital presentations our sales teams were doing during lockdown, and we wanted to retain all the things that our customers liked about those, even now that the team are back out on the road again.

“We’ve packaged it all into a series of videos which also focus on the clever design features which make REID Lifting’s products so versatile and such a good investment. They include all the product information which customers need – such as sizes and WLL, and add in essential information about how to use them for both goods lifting and fall arrest applications. There’s information on all the beam and trolley options and advice from our experts on when and how to use the various accessories available.”
