The PORTADAVIT QUANTUM has some great features which makes this system ideal for goods lifting applications. These include:

1. One-piece aluminium construction – The PORTADAVIT QUANTUM is a one-piece aluminium construction designed for ease of transportation and assembly. The lightweight construction is rapidly deployable and allows for easy operation by one user.

2. Tremendous strength to weight ratio – The smallest stop unit weighs just 18kg and the smallest winched weighs 23.5kg, each system can lift up to 600kg.

3. Winch capable and two lifting shackles for attachment of lifting devices – The stopped variant is designed with a shock absorbent stop and a two lifting shackles head at the front of the davit which is ideal for easy attachment of chain block or an electric hoist can be attached. Winches can easily be attached to either the rigid backstay or the column of the winched variant.

4. Radius adjustment points – Each variant comes with three radius adjustment points of 100mm, the PDQ1 offers a maximum radius of 1200mm and the PDQ2 offers a maximum radius of 1500mm. Radius adjustment points ensures the best possibility of achieving a vertical lift.

5. Easy rotation under load by one user – The PORTADAVIT QUANTUM is designed with our universal 65mm kingpin which ensures the davits are suitable for our range of sockets and portable bases. The kingpin is designed with two patented bearings which enables easy rotation under load by one user.
