BIM Components

At REID, we are one of the first UK lifting manufacturers to provide and create a comprehensive selection of BIM objects, which are now readily available from the BIMStore in both Revit and IFC formats.

Whilst the 3D aspect of BIM is important, it’s the information within the model that is essential. Therefore all our components are created to COBie compliant standards and incorporate product specific information to assist in the design and management of a project. We also strive to deliver components with a suitable file size to ensure the model does not become overloaded with irrelevant information.
