Our PORTAGANTRY RAPIDE is a height-adjustable, foldable gantry designed for easy storage and rapid deployment. Available in different sizes, This gantry provides adjustment for height of lift from 1.45m to 2.92m and beam options from 2m to 4m, giving a clear operating span of up to 3.5m.
This one-piece gantry weighs from just 37kg for the smallest to 69kg for the largest, demonstrating a tremendous strength to weight ratio with the ability to lift up to 1000kg for materials.

Key Features for Goods Lifting
One-piece foldable gantry – All of our PORTAGANTRY RAPIDE systems fold utilising our patented features ensuring they can be easily stored and transported to and from the worksite. Watch our assembly video here to see how easy it is to set up.
Integrated carry straps, handle and transport wheel – Each system comes with integrated carry straps, a handle and a transport wheel as standard. This makes moving the product around a worksite comfortable and easy, even for a single person. Lifts and stairwells are no problems!
Manufactured from marine grade aluminium – The PORTAGANTRY RAPIDE is constructed from aluminium which is anodised to provide a quality surface finish and a good level of corrosion resistance for even the harshest environments. This makes the gantry suitable for clean room and ATEX (explosive) environments [ATEX Zone 2 is standards, Zone 1 can be achieved with a simple upgrade].
Zinc plated fixings – Fixings are zinc plated as standard, but we can offer a full stainless steel fixing upgrade as well as a marine specification upgrade.
Quick and easy assembly – No tools are required to assemble the PORTAGANTRY RAPIDE. Assembly is completed by using a range of push pins and knurled nuts.
Swivel locking castors – Each leg of the gantry has a height-adjustable, swivel locking castor, enabling you to level the gantry up on uneven ground. Its simple to incrementally increase the height allowing you to move the system into position easily.
Height Adjustment – Each gantry has incremental 100mm height adjustment, ranging from 6 to 10 adjustment points, depending on the size of the frame.
Beam holes – Each beam has holes along its length allowing the trolley of your choice to be locked into position.
Inboard A-frame assembly for a confined area – One of the A-frames can be moved inboard on the beam, so if you are working in a confined area restricted by equipment on the floor you can adjust the width of the gantry to fit the available space.
Gated trolley options – We offer two patented gated trolley options, a close coupled which is designed for applications where you need a maximum height of lift or a master link version if you prefer the convenience of a larger opening for a variety of hoist or lifting devices. The gated trolleys enable these to be put on and taken off the gantry after it has been assembled which allows for more than one to be added to the beam.
